Are applied Halloween spells worth the value of it unapplied, divided by two, as with paints, strange parts, et cetera?
I was initially under the impression that they're pretty useless, with unapplied spells being sold for a lot because they were glitched as they were destroyed after Halloween ended? But then I was told Halloween spells won't be returning and so they're worth a lot...
So looking at old threads don't help me, and I can't find any new ones.
