I've been noticing for awhile that Trade Offers do this (See Photo)! Now, Said person sent me an offer of a PE Bonk Boy and 10 keys for my El Jefe. After about 2 hours the trade offer would remove my items and his sweets and just have his bonk boy in exchange for nothing on my end. I'm not sure on whether it is possible to accept this (because i am not a scumbag!!) but this is a serious issue at hand that needs to be addressed by valve.
TLDR i don't send Trade offers, Ill add you
