Buying cheap as hell cosmetics with spells.

I am looking for extremely cheap cosmetics with halloween spells, as I only have 3 ref atm. I have a strange cow mangler and a strange killstreak stock revolver I can add too, but only if I like the cosmetic/spell. Add me or post here to discuss
