Improve the Saxxy - What can I apply to it?

I own a Saxxy.

I'm not 100% sure how to link to it properly but you can easily check with that link, I'm sure.

I haven't played Team Fortress in a long, long while. I hear now there are things such as kill-streak kits, strangeifers, etc. I'm not exactly sure what items I can apply to my Saxxy to make it a little more unique, or where to even look for them.

I thought I'd start with advice from you guys.
