I'm getting an average of 200 FPS and dips to 140 on every map even with max FPS set to 0. I have capable hardware I7-2600 and 390 but this under performing results has really started to annoy me even though in games like GTA V and BF3 it runs spectacularly. Anyone else have this issue?
